WindyTravels is a project to create a to-the-point Taiwan travel guide, this wiki database goes hand in hand with our support forum at www.windytravels.com, where you will find a team of volunteers from around the globe, they're more than happy to help you with any travel-related questions and insider information.

The first stage of categories in our Wiki database focuses on tourist attractions, cuisines, hotels and guest houses. Unlike other open source travel guides, we're dedicated to designing itineraries and offering free consultation services with volunteers living in your targeted destinations.

Travel guides on WindyTravels Wiki are mostly arranged by theme. In general, you won't find articles on the history and culture that are not directly related to travel, instead, we'll cover information on the new trends catching on in every region and for travellers to get a taste of local lifestyle.

WindyTravels serves to promote tourism in every part of the world whereby encouraging people to get in touch with others from different regions. Because Windytravels is a brand new community, we are eager to recruit volunteers who share our dreams and visions, regardless of their occupations or expertise.
